Training

At MSR we believe that successful instruction is underpinned by two core features: the first involves a focus on experiential learning and the application of concepts in real world situations. We have conducted a number of training needs assessment across client-side and agency-side market and business analyst roles; this gives us a clear appreciation of the skills and knowledge gaps that exist between what industry needs and what employees bring to their roles. It is these gaps that we strive to close during our training sessions.

A second and equally important feature of our instruction methods is an acknowledgement of the importance of social learning environments. We firmly believe that creating vibrant, supportive and interactive spaces for trainees to learn is important. We encourage active engagement, open and honest communication, and extensive use of technology in supporting this environment.
