The Bureau of Market & Social Research Ltd (operating under the brand name MSR) was founded in 2009 and commenced business in the same year. We are in business to deliver key data, information and strategic insights to decision-makers in industry and the public services sector in Africa at best value-for-money.

We envision becoming a leading management consulting firm in Africa and will be a focal provider of unique and innovative advisory services to decision-makers either in industry or the public sector across Africa. We use rigorous but practical methodology and deliver thorough but actionable insights to our clients.

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Isaac founded MSR Ghana in 2009, having previously  worked as Research & Customer Loyalty Manager at Millicom Ghana Ltd. Since founding the company, he has led over 300 research projects.

HEAD OF CLIENT SERVICES

Prior to joining MSR, Edward had worked in various roles with Millward Brown West Africa and Fidelity Bank Ghana Limited.  He also served as Project Manager for CLIRT CIG in Stoke-on-Trent, in the UK.

HEAD OF RESEARCH

Robert's previous work has focused mainly on Brand Health, Customer Satisfaction and Retail Studies for Global brands. He has also worked on projects for FMCG players like Nestle, Unilever and SABMiller.
