Felicia Masenu, PhD

Felicia Masenu leads MSR’s social and development research practice, bringing extensive experience in qualitative and quantitative research, programme evaluation, policy analysis and community development. Over the years, she has worked across academic, policy and non-profit environments in Ghana, Canada and Europe, managing research projects focused on education, gender, social inclusion, governance and community development.

As Social Research Lead, Felicia provides technical oversight for social research studies, stakeholder consultations, programme evaluations and mixed-methods research assignments. She has extensive experience in research design, data collection, analysis and evidence synthesis, helping clients generate actionable insights for policy and programme improvement.

Felicia holds a PhD in Anthropology from the University of Manitoba, Canada, a Master’s Degree in Comparative Social Research from the Higher School of Economics in Russia, and a BA in Anthropology from the University of Cape Coast. Her international academic and research experience strengthens MSR’s capacity to deliver high-quality social and development research across diverse contexts.
