At MSR we believe that successful instruction is underpinned by two core features: a focus on experiential learning and the application of concepts in real world situations. We have conducted a number of training needs assessment across client-side and agency-side market and business analyst roles; this gives us a clear appreciation of the skills and knowledge gaps that exist between what industry needs and what employees bring to their roles. It is these gaps that we strive to close during our training sessions.
