Client Services Executive

Ethel is a Client Services Executive at MSR where she facilitates project plans and execution. She also collaborates in developing qualitative data collection instruments, conducting in-depth interviews, focus group discussions (FDG) and analysis.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, Geography and Resource Development and a Master of Arts degree in Population Studies both from the University of Ghana, Legon.

Ethel has worked as a research officer with the Regional Institute for Population studies as a team member on adolescent perceptions and attitudes toward smoking, a team lead for the Medicine over the counter study which conducted interviews to assess some facilities and pharmacies across Ghana.

She worked as a team leader in the early grade reading assessment project for Ivy League Consult Africa to assess the impact of the Ghana education service curriculum which has now been changed due to the outcomes of the findings.

She also worked with Innovation for Poverty Action on projects as a team member on the pupils’ life and health experiences where she conducted in-depth interviews and focus group discussions in some selected regions.
