Joshua Adofo Boanya

Joshua has over 15 years of experience in investment banking and corporate/project finance. He has expertise in financial modeling, business valuation, project finance, M&A advisory, and in the preparation of information memorandum, business plans, investment banking pitch documents, and feasibility studies.

He is a Certified Valuation Analyst by the National Association of Certified Valuers & Analyst (NACVA) in the USA  and holds a MSc in Mathematical Finance from the University of Hull, UK, and a BA Degree in Economics and Statistics from the University of Ghana.

Joshua until recently spent two and a half years with Ernst and Young, Ghana as a manager in their West African Strategy and Transaction team. He was a key member of the Valuation Modelling and Economics team for West Africa, the M&A and Project finance teams for Africa.  He was a sector specialist for the consumer and industrial sectors as well as the financial services sector in the Sub-Saharan Africa region. He was the Head, Corporate Finance & Research at uniSecurities Ghana Limited, a boutique investment banking firm and a member of the HODA group of companies where he led a number of high-profile capital raise (debt and equity) transactions as well as other corporate finance mandates.

He also worked with CDH Securities Limited, a boutique investment banking firm and SIC Financial Services Limited, an investment banking subsidiary of the leading Insurance company in Ghana also as the Head, Corporate Finance & Research.
